Our Striper season begins mid-May extending through the month of October as migrating herring provide as the major forage base for our river stripers. Prime fishing during the months of June and July often produce 10+ fish in the 28-36 in. class, while daily opportunities at multiple fish up to and exceeding 40 inches is not uncommon.

Blue fish often arrive late July in our coastal waters and can be an exciting bonus during a good day of striper fishing. Maine Bluefish have not commonly exceeded 10 pounds in recent year, but large schools of 4-8 lb fish can provide some exceptionally fast and exciting fishing for you and your fishing partners.
